As you can see in the next screenshot, the system presents each individual course report in a separate worksheet tab within the same Excel file. These reports include Component Level information for each course, such as the SCORM Completion Report and Survey Report, which the report displays as modules

I noticed the SkyPrep LMS Report Extraction Tool has an “Analyze” button. What is it used for?
Haha, you have a good eye. When you click the “Analyze” button, the tool shows you the report’s data visualisation. For example, if you click “Analyze” on the All Users Report, you can select any course to visualise, and the tool displays charts and summaries for that course. This way, L&D teams quickly get data visualisations for their reporting needs.
