Hi Hanif! Storyboard AI Assistant sounds like a useful innovation for e-learning professionals. What challenges were you trying to solve when you created this AI-powered storyboard assistant?
Based on feedback from our instructional designers and graphic designers, we found that the storyboarding stage can become challenging, especially when managing multiple projects while meeting customers deadlines.
Common Challenges in Storyboarding
Some of the common challenges include proofreading voiceover scripts for spelling, grammar, and punctuation errors, replacing on-screen text with translated content, monitoring word counts to match the target e-learning duration, and generating illustrations for storyboard content.
These challenges that drives us to create Storyboard AI Assistant. The tool works alongside an existing storyboard to improve voiceovers and on-screen text, analyse word counts and estimated duration, and generate content-based illustrations. The goal is to reduce manual effort, improve content quality, and help teams develop e-learning courses more efficiently.

It’s actually very simple. You just need to open your storyboard and Storyboard AI Assistant side by side. The tool will automatically read the content from the storyboard and organise it by topic and slide number. Once the content is loaded, you can start using AI to improve the voiceovers and on-screen text. And here’s the best part—you don’t have to manually copy and paste anything. Just click a button and the improved version is automatically updated in the storyboard.
Can you show our readers how Storyboard AI Assistant helps improve voiceovers and on-screen text?
Sure. One of the biggest challenges is reviewing and proofreading voiceover scripts. This includes checking for spelling mistakes, grammar issues, punctuation errors, and sentence structure to ensure the content is clear and professional.
With Storyboard AI Assistant, the process becomes much easier. E-learning professionals like our instructional designers just need to select the topics they want to review and click the AI Proofread button.
