Showcasing AI Trainers E-learning Project – ESG Practices

Multimedia Designer Afifah explains the Multiple AI Trainers’ Dialog approach

In our previous blogs (AI Trainer Video, AI Portrait video), we introduced our latest AI adaptations using AI Trainer Video and AI Portrait Video as part of our e-learning approaches. In this blog post, Showcasing AI Trainers E-learning Project – ESG Practices we invite our multimedia designer Afifah to share how we utilize multiple AI Trainers to deliver dialog-based learning on the topic of ESG practices.

Interview with Sal on e-learning content development

Hi Afifah, welcome to our ‘Interview with Sal’ series. I find your topic for today, ESG, to be really important for all organizations. Can you share more about the significance of ESG initiatives?

Yes. Fully agreed. Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives help organizations improve their sustainability efforts, reduce their carbon footprint, and have a more positive impact on society. In addition, the UN has a similar initiative called The 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). ESG and SDGs are closely related and aim to promote sustainable practices globally.

On the internet, there are ESG practices e-learning content using conventional approaches like explainer videos. But it’s refreshing to see you using a different approach. Can you elaborate on this?

Certainly.

Benefit #1: Human-centric

Certainly. In our Showcasing AI Trainers E-learning Project – ESG Practices, we use a dialog-based approach where four AI trainers converse with each other while presenting “Sustainable Practices You Can Implement Today in the Workplace”. This method makes the training more engaging and human-centric, despite using AI trainers.

Benefit #2: Realistic Touch with relevant backdrop

Given the recent COVID-19 pandemic, many people have become accustomed to using virtual conferences to discuss matters. Using a virtual conference as the backdrop for our e-learning content adds a realistic touch. As a result, learners feel more connected to the material.

Fascinating! It’s refreshing to use dialogue to convey learning material. Where did you get this idea from?

Benefit #3: Simulating Dialogic Learning

Dialogic learning, which occurs through dialogue, has been a long-standing technique in colleges and universities. Therefore, we simulate this experience by having multiple AI Trainers engage in dialogue, providing the learner with the benefits of this method.

Benefit #4: Using Do and Don’t Illustration

We believe a picture’s worth a thousand words. We use ‘Do and Don’t’ illustrations to emphasize the learning.

Can you share with us what other benefits are demonstrated in this ESG Practices example?

Benefit #5: Lower Cost

Previously, arranging four actors for video shoots was very costly. With our AI Trainer technology, we achieve the same effect at a much lower cost.

Benefit #6: Faster development time

Apart from cost savings, the development time is faster as there is no need to do human voice recording and insert voices into the video. AI voice technology takes care of this process.

How does this approach enhance the learning experience?

Using multiple AI Trainers to simulate a dialogue creates a dynamic and interactive learning environment. As a result, it helps learners better retain information by presenting it in a conversational and relatable manner. This method also allows us to illustrate different perspectives and scenarios, making the content more comprehensive and engaging.
